Nujiba

I am mostly working on other people's projects including a festival and another artists artworks. My personal projects are at this point more musings at it's current form. 

As a maker I am interested in themes around effacement, mistakes, errors, and vulnerability through the medium of craft textiles and technologies. I explore the voices or lack thereof of marginalized perspectives of humans and non-humans. It is created through collaboration between materials, other makers, and disciplines largely through tinkering, play, and vulnerable connection with the "other". In surrendering to other ways of being, my voice as a maker is a resonant background hum
